Shipment Conditions and Rules:
1) Phone and email inquiries:
Please note, that phone or email inquiries are answered Monday through Friday. No inquiries will be answered Saturday, Sunday or national Holidays.
2) Shipment Time:
Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours of your received purchase. (this is when your order is processed, and does not include weekends). Please allow a few more business days for your order to arrive to you. If the product is out of stock, please consider that the product will be needed to be reordered.
Larger items especially hardware, may ship directly from the factory and smaller items usually ship from our warehouse. (software on cd if wished etc.)
Please be aware that oversee shipments usually take from 5 - 21 days until arrival.
Therefore
- Remember, it is wise to order early to ensure you get your item(s) on time!
- We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, but remember that UPS,FedEx etc. can also run a bit behind during peak times.
- Customers who order too close to the holiday may find their order arrives a few days after the holiday. Once your order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries. Late deliveries during the holidays will not be entitled to free shipping or a refund in shipping costs.
Usually the shipment happens from Japan and is therefore considered for countries outside of Japan as an international shipment. Our general shipment fee is a flatrate based on our international shipment experience.
If increased shipment fees occure than our expected fees, the customer agrees to add the difference to his costs.
3) Duties and customs:
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Internet Shops Inc. orders only include the cost of the item(s) and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
4) Damaged Merchandise:
If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday. Manufacturers warranties do apply to defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturer's warranty issues.
5) International Returns
Items must be unused in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may
be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom, orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
6) Return of used products.
We cannot accept returns on used products. We also cannot accept returns on opened software packages, cassette tapes, compact discs, videos, any special order merchandise, or discounted items. We do not accept returns on discontinued items.
7) Refund Conditions:
Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours.Please note that all refunds will be issued less a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping charges (which may differ from the shipping charge you paid, such as items that are shipped direct from the manufacturer, or items that are shipped from different locations).
All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you.Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 30 days.Return freight is the customer's responsibility.
